Training for ear treatments

This video demonstrates two ways of teaching dogs to be comfortable with allowing ear medication with three different puppies/dogs. You can do similar training for other handling training too.

I enjoyed seeing the progress of the dogs in accepting the bottle of ear drops near and in their ears. How do you teach the dog to maintain the touch of his muzzle to your hand as Cody does?
